App Instructions

You can test out scanning for free without any account,

simply download the app and explore the intuitive interface.

But to make an order, follow these steps carefully:

  1. Create and pay for your order through this website.

  2. At checkout, create an account.

  3. Search 'Solemate' in the App Store and hit download.

  4. Allow 1 working day for your account to load within the App, meanwhile watch our Home Scanning Video.

  5. Log into the Solemate App using your account details.

  6. Scan both feet using 'Single Scan' mode.

  7. Complete the included Order Form.

  8. Upload an image of the stock insole from your footwear.

  9. Save and hit 'Upload', waiting ~30 seconds for confirmation.

  10. Your insoles will be printed and dispatched!

Home Scanning

Home scanning is easy and convenient for simple insole builds, just follow the steps described in this video. If you require specialist insoles for sports or correction though, please visit one of our Retail Partners instead.

With a helper (for best results):​

  1. Use a regular or ideally adjustable height chair

  2. Raising one leg at a time, stand in a neutral position with your foot relaxed behind you, using the chair for support

  3. Scan both feet and complete the included order form

  4. Upload an image of the stock insole from your footwear

  5. Save and hit 'Upload'​

 

Scanning alone:

  1. Place your iOS device on the floor

  2. Follow the countdown, hovering your foot above the screen

  3. Scanning stops automatically when your foot exits frame

  4. Scan both feet and complete the included order form

  5. Upload an image of the stock insole from your footwear

  6. Save and hit 'Upload'
